FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Prague, 8 December 2025
Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG), the leading betting and gaming operator in
Central and Eastern Europe, is proud to announce that it has achieved G4
Responsible Gaming Certification, one of the highest international standards in
player protection and safer gambling.
G4 certification places FEG among a select group of operators globally who have
been recognized for maintaining the highest standards in player protection. The
accreditation reinforces FEG’s long-term strategy focused on sustainable growth,
regulatory excellence, and continuous improvement of its RG framework. The
certification is voluntary and not endorsed by any regulatory authority.
The certification was granted by the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4), an
independent international organization that audits gambling operators worldwide
and recognizes those that meet strict, evidence-based requirements for Responsible
Gaming. The audit assessed FEG’s policies, tools, training, customer protection
measures, early-risk detection systems, marketing standards, and cooperation with
support organizations across all five markets where the Group operates.
“Achieving G4 certification is an important milestone for FEG and a testament to our
long-term commitment to safe, fair, and sustainable entertainment,” said Dieter
John, Group CEO. He also mentioned: “Player protection is at the heart of how we
operate, and this recognition confirms that our RG program meets some of the most
demanding international benchmarks."
Throughout the audit, G4 experts evaluated the entire customer journey and
confirmed the strength of FEG’s Responsible Gaming framework, including among
others a comprehensive RG governance structure, ethical marketing and transparent
customer communication.
Players across all FEG markets can enjoy entertainment with confidence, knowing
that robust safeguards, proactive risk detection, and clear communication are in
place to protect their well-being.
FEG will continue to invest in innovative tools, data-driven solutions, and
partnerships to strengthen its Responsible Gaming program. The Group aims to set
new benchmarks for player protection and maintain its leadership in sustainable and
ethical entertainment.
“As lead auditor, I am pleased to confirm that Fortuna Entertainment Group has demonstrated a strong and forward-looking commitment to Responsible Gaming. Throughout the audit, we observed a well-structured framework supported by clear governance, meaningful player-protection measures, and a culture that recognizes safeguarding customers as a core business responsibility. FEG not only meets the G4 standards but shows readiness to continue strengthening its practices through data-driven improvements and constructive collaboration across its markets. This certification reflects both the maturity of their RG programme and their genuine dedication to sustainable, ethical entertainment.” Ynze Remmers, Lead-auditor G4.
